**All first-time Pilates participants should begin with a beginner class or arrange a private session prior to joining more advanced classes. See Reformer Class for more details.
**Class Pack purchases reserve your spot in the class each week. The pack auto renews after your last class is used within the pack. See Class Packs below for details on discounts.
**Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client.
**Grip socks are required for all classes. Sold at the studio if you don’t have a pair.

Choose from different class formats for a guided 50 minute, Pilates reformer workout. The reformer will enhance your workout by providing resistance through a system of springs and pulleys. These classes focus on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning.
If you’re new to Pilates, join a beginner class - Monday 7AM, Tuesday 9AM, Thursday 7AM or 9AM. Wednesday Cardio requires approval from the instructor.

Virtual reformer Pilates session will be online Pilates exercises conducted via video conferencing platforms, allowing you to engage in Pilates exercises from the comfort of your home.
These sessions include guided instruction where your certified instructor will demonstrate exercises, providing modifications and ensuring proper alignment and technique.
Props Needed:
Reformer: Not brand specific.
Pilates ball, resistance band, long box, pole, kneeling pad.
**Props are not required.
