What to bring to each class:

Refillable Water Bottle

Stay Hydrated and bring your refillable water bottle with you to each class or session.

Grip Socks

Bring your Pilates grip socks to every session. They provide an extra layer of safety to your practice. If you don’t have grip socks, you can purchase a pair at the studio.

Positive Attitude

Have fun, let loose, and breathe. Believe in yourself. The hardest step is the first step. You can do anything you put your mind to.
